Important information:

Insufficient power may cause the margarita machine to not freeze properly due to an overloaded power outlet or due to the use of an unapproved extension cord. A standard, dedicated 110-115 volt 15 amp outlet is required for the use of our margarita machines. A 12/3 AWG extension cord may be used. If needed, we will provide the extension cord.

 

Hot weather may cause the margarita machine to take significantly longer to freeze. When the weather is very hot, such as a Texas mid-summer day, it is recommended to place the margarita machine indoors, or at least in a cool, shaded area if outdoors. Having the margarita machine directly under the sun is not recommended.

 

Adding too much alcohol to the margarita mix may make it harder for the margarita machine to properly freeze the mix. The recommended amount of alcohol is 1.75 liters per batch.

 

If the margarita machine is not freezing after 2 hours, please let us know so we can troubleshoot the issue.
