Insufficient power may cause the cotton candy machine to shut off due to an overloaded power outlet or due to the use of an unapproved extension cord. A standard, dedicated 110 volt outlet is required for the use of our cotton candy machines. A 14/3 AWG extension cord may be used. If needed, we will provide the extension cord. Generators are not allowed.​
